SIZE INFO

Black Neon sizing is XS, S, M, L which relates to UK sizing 8, 10, 12, 14.

In relation to cup size for bikini tops this sizing relates to XS=A, S=B, M=C, L=D.

The style of the bikini's are not made to be very skimpy, or for very full coverage, but something halfway between.

The beauty of the design is that most, apart from the 'Spear Panel' swimsuit are adjustable to give extra flexibility for ease of wear. All back and neck fastenings are tied to give you flexibility.

The model in the pictures wears a size S.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries aim to be dispatched within within 3 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends].

Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail, using 'Signed For' 1st Class Delivery Service.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature will be required on receipt.

The cost of this service is £4.50.

If you require your order to be sent quickly for a holiday or present, please email info@blackneon.co.uk and request this service.

We will do our best to send your order the next working day via Royal Mail using the Next Day Special Delivery Service.

The cost of this service will be £6.00, unless it is due to arrive on a saturday which will cost £10.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday.

If you are ordering from outside the UK and require delivery to Europe or Internationally please request this service by emailing info@blackneon.co.uk.

Dependant on location this service will cost around £10.00 per swim suit.

EXCHANGES

We will exchange any purchase for any reason within 14 days of the purchase, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached. Please make sure that all items are tired on over your own underwear.

Please try to avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with the item. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse exchanges where it obvious this hasn't been done.

Your exchange, stock permitting will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of the goods to be exchanged.

You will be contacted and updated via email once your exchange has been processed.

REFUNDS

We will refund a purchase for any reason within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached. Please make sure that all items are tired on over your own underwear.

Please try to avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with the item. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it obvious this hasn't been done.

When returning goods, please be sure to wrap the package carefully as damages/losses to the goods during transit back to Black Neon are at the customer's risk.

We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or get a certificate of postage (free from any Post Office) for any returns you make.

Always retain proof of postage.

You will receive your refund within 7 days of receipt of goods. You will be contacted and updated via email once your refund has been processed.

Please note that we can only credit the same account of the original purchaser of the product.
